Website Design Rwanda is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer & Front-End Developer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites for our clients across Rwanda and beyond.

You’ll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to build high-quality websites that help businesses grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Develop responsive front-end designs with clean, optimized code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP).
Customize and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored web solutions.
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile compatibility.
Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, security issues, and compatibility errors.
Work with our digital marketing team to integrate social media, analytics, and other tools.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in WordPress website design and front-end development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind).
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Canva for web design mockups.
Basic understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and website speed optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
